Roush's 2027 Super Duty Package Costs $21,399 — Here's What You Get

The F-250 and F-350 package costs $400 more than in 2026 and adds gloss-black wheels, a new grille, and a shorter air dam. Roush lists no engine upgrades.

Roush Performance has priced its 2027 Super Duty package at $21,399 on top of the Ford F-250 or F-350 it's built on. That's $400 more than the 2026 package, which started at $20,999. The extra money buys a darker look and a bit more clearance up front. Roush's list for 2027 contains no engine upgrades.

That matters because the Super Duty now trails on power, at least on paper. GM's new 8.3-liter Duramax out-muscles Ford's diesel, as laid out in our 2027 Silverado HD vs. Super Duty comparison. Roush's 2027 update doesn't change that. It sells hardware and looks.

What's new for 2027

Five items on the list are new. Gloss-black 20-inch Roush Off-Road wheels replace last year's satin-black 20s, and the illuminated High-Flow grille is redesigned in gloss black. Roush also adds new fender badges and a refreshed graphics package with Silver or Red accents, which its component list places among the options.

The only functional change is a shorter front air dam. Roush says it increases front-end clearance but doesn't give a number. The rocker graphic, a separate option in 2026, now appears in the standard graphics list.

What carries over

The core hardware is unchanged. That includes the Roush Performance Suspension System, 35-inch General Grabber A/TX all-terrain tires in a 325/60R20 size, and slotted brake rotors front and rear. Fender flares with accent lighting and Diode Dynamics rear marker and bumper flood lights stay, too.

Inside, buyers again get carbon-fiber trim, Roush floor liners, a serialized console badge, and a certificate of authenticity. Leather seats, ditch lights, and a Roush Ready Package with a console vault and off-road utility kit remain options. Roush lists a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty, the same coverage it quoted for 2026.

No engine changes listed

The only powertrain-related part is a Roush DPF-back exhaust, fitted to diesel trucks only. Roush lists no tuning, and it says the package is meant to keep towing and payload intact while adding off-road ability. It doesn't publish revised ratings.

It also doesn't name an engine. The 2026 page described the truck with Ford's 6.7-liter Power Stroke and limited it to Lariat trims. The 2027 page refers only to "select" F-250 and F-350 configurations. Ford's 2027 F-250 and F-350 come with a 7.3-liter gas V8 or the High-Output Power Stroke, rated at 500 hp and 1,200 lb-ft. If you're choosing between them, our gas vs. diesel heavy-duty truck cost breakdown runs the numbers at record diesel prices.

How the price stacks up

Ford is now chasing the same buyer from the factory. For 2027, it offers the Tremor Off-Road Package on the base XL with the STX Appearance Package and adds a new XL Off-Road 35-Inch Tire Package. Both use 35-inch LT285/75R18 tires, according to Ford's rundown of the 2027 Super Duty. Ford didn't list prices for either package in that announcement.

Ram's factory off-roader costs far more as a whole truck. The 2027 Ram 2500 Power Wagon with the Cummins diesel starts at $89,560 including destination and rides on 34-inch tires, Stellantis says. Roush's $21,399, by contrast, doesn't include a truck.

What we don't know

Roush hasn't said which trims and engines qualify, whether a Lariat is still required, when 2027 trucks reach dealers, or how many it will build. The total price depends on the Ford underneath, plus destination. Buyers order through Roush's dealer network.

Anyone shopping a leftover 2026 truck should also know that some unsold 2026 Super Duty pickups are part of Ford's LED headlight recall for Expedition and Super Duty.
